Arugula Pasta Salad:
farfelle pasta
arugula
mint
basil
cilantro
diced chicken

parsley
capers
anchovy fillets (very necessary, but very over powering. Be careful not to use too much!)
fine chopped garlic
strong mustard
lemon juice
